Communication
Through my internship with Kodexa, I was able to learn the importance of communication within a work environment. The position was remote so there was a separate set of difficulties in corresponding and communicating over the internet, however I was able to communicate coding processes and schedule meetings through messages and emails.
Teamwork
Working in computer science classes at Davidson College always requires teamwork because we are expected to use partner programming for the majority of assignments. On top of this, my club experiences help me develop teamwork skills as I work with E-Board members to plan events. Sports are also an amazing way that I have been able to learn the importance of teamwork and how adjust through difficulties in realtime.
Time Management
My approach to time management is making sure to create a priority list that clearly shows the due date as well as expectecd time required to finish a task. this like allows for flexibility within the scheduled projects because I am clearly able to see what priorities to be pushed back or that can be moved around.
